What you share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, optional company, an area of interest, and a task description. These details are submitted to GridFleet’s inquiry service so the team can review and respond. The service also records technical context, including IP address, approximate country, browser information, and the referring page. Inquiry information is used in the team’s internal notification and recordkeeping tools.

What to leave out

Do not include passwords, access tokens, private customer records, financial account information, or confidential documents. Any information needed for a proposed pilot should be discussed separately, with appropriate handling agreed first.

Website behavior

The interactive examples run in your browser and do not execute business actions. Your motion preference is saved on your device when browser storage is available. The redesign does not add advertising trackers or save inquiry drafts in browser storage. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

Email and questions

If you choose an email link, your email application handles the message. To ask about an inquiry you submitted, request removal, or discuss data handling, contact hello@gridfleet.ai. Contact us before sharing information with special handling requirements.
